Welcome to DanceStudioGPT! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dance Studio App and website at https://DanceStudioGPT.com (collectively, the “Services”), provided by DanceStudioGPT, LLC (“DanceStudioGPT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services on behalf of a studio. Parents may access their student’s information only with a studio’s authorization.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services.
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Studio & User Content

  • Studios may upload student and class information to manage their operations.
  • You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant DanceStudioGPT a license to use it solely to provide the Services.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and share such information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by DanceStudioGPT, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanceStudioGPT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
